Minutes for Block Assoc. Meeting: Wed, Aug 10, 2016

Meeting held to discuss Block Party scheduled for Sat. September 10, 2016.Group agreed 2 banners should be made that will be displayed on both ends of the street (Marcus & Throop).  Each banner should read 'Food Station'.

Group discussed timing of events;

• Block prep start at 10am
• DJ start at 12pm
• Horses start at 2pm
• Bouncy house start at 2pm
• Kids games start at 2pm
• Party shutdown at 8pm

Group discussed prize types;​

• School supplies
• Bubbles

Miss Saxon informed group that the Health Center on Throop has cancelled their street even for Sat. September 17, 2017
