Closing the divide between cops and community

Ever wonder how neighborhood policing works?  Here is an interesting article that defines the current administration's objectives to bridge the divide between police and the residents they serve.  Our block is currently zoned as sector 'B'.  Below is a map showing how each sector is divided and who is assigned in sector 'B' as our Neighborhood Community Officers (NCO).
